2006 Annual Conference
Booth space
may be reserved by paying the
Exhibitor
fee of $550. The fee includes
two full registrations and entitles the exhibitor to all conference functions.
Additional persons in booth must register at $200 per person.
Each pipe and drape booth is furnished with one skirted 6' table, two chairs, and one 40" X 6" identification sign. Outlets for electricity are available upon request for an additional $15 charge.
Please let us know if your exhibit will require electricity.
